Jean (they/them) is a gender-bending, shape-shifting denim alien drag thing from a planet far, far away. Jean wants to party! Jean wants to cry! Jean wants jeans for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Jean wants love. Jean wants revenge. Jean wants to change. No, stay the same. Jean wants all of it. Or nothing. Jean wants you.

Jean has performed at venues across London and NYC including the National Theatre, Slipper Room, Divine, Clapham Grand, Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club and Dalston Superstore. Since their drag birth in March 2024, they won Top of the Slops Season 4 and was a finalist in Europe’s biggest drag king competition, Man Up! Their drag incorporates physical theatre, puppetry, comedy and live art and deals with themes of environmental disaster/hope, queer community/isolation, gender dysphoria/euphoria and American shame/pride.
