Jean (they/them) is a gender-bending, shape-shifting denim alien drag thing from a planet far, far away. Jean wants to party! Jean wants to cry! Jean wants jeans for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Jean wants love. Jean wants revenge. Jean wants to change. No, stay the same. Jean wants all of it. Or nothing. Jean wants you.

Jean has performed at venues across the UK and USA, including the V&A Museum, National Theatre, Slipper Room (NYC), Shoreditch Town Hall, The Divine, Clapham Grand, Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club, Camden People’s Theatre and Dalston Superstore. Since their drag birth in March 2024, they won Top of the Slops Season 4 and were a finalist in Europe’s biggest drag king competition, Man Up! Their work is camp, surreal and wields humour and hope in the face of impending environmental and social collapse.
